DT-I/O Graphic LCD 240x64 is a 240x64 graphic LCD module which based on T6963C LCD controller. You can use this module to display text or monochrome pictures. This module is well suited for applications which needs graphical display.

Specification :
- Can display pictures with up to 240 x 64 pixels resolution.
- Font generator feature which can display text with 2 options of size, 6x8 pixel or 8x8 pixel.
- Parallel interface which also support Intel's standard for bus system.
- Comes with "ImageViewer2" software to convert monochrome pictures in BMP to text data which can be used in ASM51 assembly. You can use this software to give you preview about how a picture should look like on LCD with DT-51 MinSys / PetraFuz ver 3.x.
- Comes with ready to use routines in ASM51 and example code for ASM51, BASCOM-8051, dan BASCOM-AVR.
- 5 Volt DC input supply.
