EMS Dataflash Memory is a non-volatile memory module which has capacity of 4M-bit. This module has SPI interface and is well suited for datalogger applications.

Specifications :
- Based on AT45DB041B which has 2x264 Byte SRAM and 528Byte flash memory.
- SRAM can receive data while writing data on flash memory.
- SPI interface.
- TTL input compatible.
- 5VDC input voltage and comes with voltage regulator and level converter.
- Uses solid capasitor and SMD resistor.
- 10pin connector for connection to the host module, such as DT-51 Series or DT-AVR Series.
- Fully compatible with DT-51 Seris, DT-AVR Seires and also anothe microcontroller modules.
- Comes with example code using CodeVisionAVR.
