DT-Proto 20 Pin MCS-51

Specifications :

• Based on AT89S2051 which has 2K byte Flash PEROM and 128 byte RAM.
• Support 20-pin MCS-51 variant such as AT89Sx051, AT89LPx051, AT89Cx051.
• 15 I/O lines,
• There are lines which connected to RST, X1, and X2 pin.
• 9 - 12 VDC working voltage. There is +5 VDC for external circuit.
• 5x2 header for in-system programming (Atmel standard) using programmer device.
• 1 RJ-11 connector for UART RS-232 communication port.
• Using 11,0592 MHz as external cystal oscillator.
• External reset circuit with brown-out detector and manual reset.
• Comes with proto board which has 686 non through-hole pads (pitch=0.1").
• Starting from s/n 51.44.185, DT-PROTO 20 Pin MCS-51 will use plated through-hole PCB with +/- 787 pads.
• There are 3 lines of pad which each of which is connected to each other. You can use them for power supply line (VIN, GND, +5V) or other purpose.
• Comes with tester software to test port 1 & port3 and UART RS232 serial communication.
