DT-HiQ AT89 USB ISP is a In-System Progarmmer which can be connencted to the PC through USB Port. This programmer can be used to programming AT98 Series microcotnroller which has In-System Programming feature. This programmer comes with driver and programmer software for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.

  • Supports another microcontroller, such as : AT89LP2052, AT89LP4052, AT89S2051, AT89S4051, AT89S51, AT89S52, AT89S53, AT89LS53, AT89S8252, AT89LS8252, AT89S8253.
  • Support Flash memory programming, EEPROM, Lock Bit and Fuse Bit.
  • USB interface.
  • Comes with USB driver for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.
  • 2,7V to 5,5V Power Supply (20mA @ 5,5VDC)
  • Power supply source from target board (NOT FROM USB), so safe for PC is short circuit is happened.
  • Comes with portable programmer software for Windows.
  • Support Intel HEX or BIN file.
  • Uses 10-pin ATMEL Standart connector.
  • LED  power indicator and status.
