SPC Motor Controller is a controller module DC motor and stepper motor that can be used to control the speed and direction of rotation of DC motors or 4 pieces 2 pieces simultaneously stepper motor. The motor controller module is designed to be used in conjunction with the EMS series modules H-bridge and is easily connected with a microcontroller, microprocessor, or computer.

Specifications:

  • Need power supply 9-12 Volt DC.
  • Can control a maximum of 4 DC motors or stepper motor 2 simultaneously.
  • Available on line feedback speed encoder for each DC motor with maximum frequency 10 kHz 6 RPM and thoroughness.
  • Fitted system full close loop PID (Proportional Integral Differential) for DC motor control. PID parameters (Kp, Ki, Kd), the samplingperiod, and fault tolerance can be set.
  • DC motor speed setting using 8-bit PWM technique with frequency 600 Hz.
  • Supports full fullstephalfstep, and microstep motors to move a stepper.
  • Control of microstepping stepper motor movements can refine up to 1/32 step without reducing the strength of putarnya.
  • Stepper Motor can be rotated up to speed 255 PPS (pulse per second).
  • There are 3 kinds of interfaces, i.e. RS232/TTL UART, pulse width, and I ² c.
  • Available serial cable to connect the module to the COM port of the computer. SPC settings Motor Controller can be done via HyperTerminal ©, because all the commands and parameters in the form of rows of ASCII.
  • Available 4 channel 8-bit ADC with input range 0-5 Volt and sampling rate up to 25 Khz.
  • Available 4 i/o pin that can be used for public use.
  • Bit rate communications I ² C to a maximum of 100 kHz.
  • Fixed SPC address Motor Controller is E0H.
