DT-51 Low Cost Nano System ver 2.0 is a single chip module based on AT89S2051 which has 2 kBytes Flash PEROM and 256 Bytes RAM.
DT-51 Low Cost Nano System ver 2.0 is a revision for the first generation of DT-51 Low Cost Nano System.

Specifications:

  • Based on AT89S2051 which has 2 kBytes ISP Flash PEROM, 256 Bytes RAM, X2 clock option, 8-bit PWM, 4 level interrupt controller, on-chip analogue comparator with selectable input
  • Compatible with MCS-51® 20 pins variants: AT89C1051, AT89C2051, AT89C2051X2, AT89C4051, AT89S4051, dan AT89LPx052
  • Up to 15 I/O pins
  • Integrated with 11,0592 MHz external oscillator for 0% UART error rate and capability for Serial UART RS-232 interface communication
  • Integrated with reset circuit, switch for manual reset, and brownout detector
  • Operating with 9 - 12 VDC supply input and has a 5 VDC output
  • In-System Programming support, only for microcontroller which also has ISP feature (using DT-51 LCNS ISP Converter as converter board)
  • Industrial standard board with 2 layers FR4 and Plated Through Hole (PTH) materials
